Miller and Carter Loyalty Scheme: How It Works

This website is independent and not affiliated with Miller & Carter. Menus and prices vary by restaurant and change over time, so please confirm current details with the restaurant before ordering or booking.

The Miller and Carter loyalty scheme is called the Masters of Steak Club, and it is free to join through the brand’s app. Members earn 100 points for every steak they enjoy from the main menu, and the points earn you rewards that get better as the total climbs: a welcome glass of fizz, VIP status with a monthly complimentary cocktail, and even a bottle of Moët champagne. If you eat at Miller and Carter more than a couple of times a year, it is the simplest way to get something back on every visit.

How to Join the Miller and Carter Loyalty Scheme

Joining takes a few minutes:

  1. Download the Masters of Steak Club app or register on the Miller and Carter website.
  2. Create your account with your details.
  3. Open the app’s Wallet tab to see your rewards.

Registration itself comes with a reward: a complimentary glass of Prosecco on download and register, added to your app wallet as a voucher. The official FAQ says the voucher is added 24 hours after registration, so do not expect it to appear instantly. Terms and conditions apply, and rewards are redeemed on your next visit.

Earning Points in the Loyalty Scheme

The scheme is built around steak. You collect 100 points every time you enjoy one of the restaurant’s steaks, with a maximum of one points award per day. To collect points, a minimum of £15 must be spent and a main meal purchased per guest. Points are the currency of the scheme: the more steaks you order over time, the further you climb through the reward tiers.

How to Redeem Your Rewards

Redeeming is straightforward, but there are a couple of rules to know:

  1. Order an eligible item with your server first.
  2. Show your server the voucher in your app wallet so they can scan and redeem it.
  3. Note that vouchers can take up to 24 hours to appear in the wallet after you earn them.
  4. Each reward has its own expiry date, shown on the reward itself, so use it before it runs out.

If a reward has not appeared after 24 hours, the official advice is to contact the Miller and Carter Guest Care Team through the customer services page.

Is the Miller and Carter Loyalty Scheme Worth It?

For regular diners, yes. It costs nothing to join, the welcome fizz arrives after registration, and every steak visit moves you closer to VIP perks. It is not a discount card: you will not get money off every bill, and the points only build up if you order steak. Occasional visitors who eat there once a year will get little from it beyond the welcome reward. But for anyone who returns regularly, the points accumulate without any extra effort.

Members should also keep an eye on the wider savings on offer. Our Miller and Carter offers page tracks current promotions, and the vouchers guide explains how discount codes work alongside membership rewards. A daytime set menu lunch is another easy way to keep the bill down between reward visits, and booking a table in advance is still the best way to secure your preferred time.
